“I want to take this opportunity to thank Michelle of Green Aisle Wellness for all of her compassion and passion to heal and change peoples’ lives.  Although I haven’t been officially diagnosed, my daughter was, took all of the necessary testing, and it was determined that she had Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.   It is Autoimmune and also Hereditary.   Since I had the same exact symptoms as her, I made an appointment immediately with my doctor, which I really didn’t feel I needed to wait for a doctor to instruct me on what to do next.  I met Michelle around the same time, and she was determined to get me started on the necessary nutrition and Diet plan along with supplements. Started me off with Curcumin.  

“I never thought I had inflammation as bad as I actually had.  Until about four days into taking Curcumin every morning, I noticed that ALL of my bloat was gone, which I thought it was weight gain all of these years!   After a week or two of grievance over what I couldn’t eat anymore, I started eating what I COULD eat from my fridge & pantry filled with horrible things..  And since I was so busy, I didn’t have any time to shop for the things that will make me feel better.  I would either choose NOT to eat or eat something bad, until I knew WHAT to shop for.  I was struggling!

“I started working with Michelle Savage for many reasons.  First, after my divorce, my weight was increasing causing me to grow weary of my health and appearance.  You see, my ex-wife did all the cooking and I had not prepared a complete meal in many years.  Not knowing what to do, I either ate out or cooked simple, but not necessarily nutritional meals.

At 376 pounds, nearing stage 4 kidney disease, diagnosed with diabetes, Curtis decided his life literally depended on making a change. Our sessions were sometimes tearful, emotional, but in the end tears of joy wallowed from my eyes and goosebumps appeared as we shared his progress! It’s been an amazing journey, and he’s only just begun. Before meeting with me, Curtis has had blood sugar spikes ranging from 260 – 300, taking insulin 3 times a day, fatigue, and poor diet.
In just a few short months, you can see his immense smile, vibrant skin, and joy shine through.  The day of our last session , his blood sugar was 89 upon waking, hasn’t had the need for insulin injections, lost 22+ pounds, and moving towards great success, and most of all DOING THE WORK!
