Lemon Infusion

Rosemary is medicine in the organic perfume industry. Consuming this rosmarius, which has an antiseptic effect going back to ancient times, relieves abdominal pain, gout, calms the nerves, and alleviates fatigue and anxiety. Burning the branches of rosemary has been practiced in hospitals in France and is used for cleansing the air. Properties of rosemary are abundant from anti-inflammatory, to destroying microorganisms, improving blood flow, and eliminating mind fog. Not only does this fine herb do all these things, but it also increases energy and is a natural antidepressant, revitalizing the body.

Ingredients
16 – 18 ounces water
A wedge or couple slices of lemon
1 sprigs fresh rosemary
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt (optional)
Directions
Squeeze a lil bit of lemon into your glass before adding your lemon slices, add a pinch of pink salt and a fresh rosemary sprig.  Pour in water and allow to seep a few hours or overnight to infuse.
