Michelle wasn’t always her ideal weight and free of medical issues, but creative healthy eating helped her reclaim control of her health and her life, which ignited a passion for helping others build confidence and get lasting health results—all while having fun.  Now she is also offering her personalized integrative nutrition coaching program to a limited number of clients.
